South Pike County School District
The state and federal guidelines require that
all special education due process records be
destroyed within six years after a student leaves the
special education program. You have the right to
review and pick up your child's due process
records. You may call the special education
administrator's office between June 19th and July 20th
to make arrangements to pick up the records.
Records that are not picked up will be destroyed on August 1st.
These records are NOT your child's permanent school
records. These records contain special education due process
forms and evaluations.
The following video is informational to help all parents use the Home Access Center (HAC) to be able to view grades, attendance, and discipline notifications from home.
