The South Pike County School District is accepting closed bids for two district-owned properties located in the Brocktown and Bowen areas.
The closed-bid period begins Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and ends at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
Brocktown Property
The Brocktown property contains approximately one acre and is located north of Highway 26 East.
Minimum bid: $3,000
Property description: Beginning at a point 12 rods north of the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence north 70 yards, west 70 yards, south 70 yards, and east 70 yards to the point of beginning. The Bowen property consists of two tracts totaling approximately 1.34 acres. The property is located along Bowen Road.
