If your 9-12 student needs community service, be sure they are checking the Community Service List shared with them by Mrs. Stone in google drive. Community service opportunities will be added to the list throughout the year.
If you are a member of the community in need of student volunteers for your community project or occasion, email your information to the high school counselor at Courtney.Stone@rattlers.org to have your event added to the list. #GoRattlers

Support for Jack Stuard and Family: Benefit Account Established
Dear Rattler Family and Community,
We are reaching out to you in support of one of our own, Jack Stuard, who recently suffered multiple injuries in a serious car accident. Jack is now facing several surgeries and an extended recovery period that will require time off work.
To assist Jack and his family during this challenging time, a benefit account has been set up at First State Bank in Murfreesboro. Jack is a proud Rattler Alumni, and his mother is a beloved teacher here at MHS. This is our chance to come together and help this precious family.
Donations can be made at the bank if you would like to contribute. Please make checks payable to Jack Stuard. Thank you for your generosity and support. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference.

Let's rally around Jack and his family as they navigate this difficult time. Your support means the world to them!

Following an exuberant fist bump welcome, the MHS Rattlers transitioned into the MES classrooms, where they were graciously accepted by their adoptive classes for the season. Students found joy in getting acquainted with their Rattlers. It's a GREAT day to be a Rattler!

This week we are featuring senior class members leading the pep rally!

FANG Mascot Challenge:! Each week a different student, teacher, SPCSD employee or alumni will be our featured FANG. Help us guess who the mystery mascot is!!! At the end of the season, all masked fangs will be voted on for the TOP MASCOT!

We are honored to be part of a community that embodies kindness and generosity. We extend our gratitude to the parents who contributed cases of water for our students who are using the school buses during this August heatwave. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated!

We are delighted to see our kindergarteners excel in reading, with their attention to sound recognition and tracking skills being particularly noteworthy.
