South Pike County School District is proud to announce that Murfreesboro High School and Murfreesboro Elementary School have again been recognized as Apple Distinguish Schools for 2022 to 2025. We are so proud of our teachers and students and their hard work. We would like to thank all of the community members that came and helped us celebrate. It's a great day to be a Rattler! #GoRattlers

Reminder: MHS students that received “ready” or “exceeding” on two or more areas of the spring 2022 ACT Aspire, have been awarded an incentive day tomorrow, November 18th! Permission slips were sent home earlier this week for eligible students. Please contact the MHS office for questions. #GoRattlers

Sierra White has been learning to create 3D models in the EAST classroom. Sierra’s first test print which was used to calibrate the 3D printer is a ring she will give her mom. #GoRattlers

Three MHS EAST Livestream students participated in the OSDN High School Sports Media Conference held at OBU today. The students were able to attend sessions with sports media industry pros David Bazzel, Justin Acri and Wess Moore from 103.7-The Buzz, and Steve Sullivan and Kyle Decklebaum from KATV, and more. We are excited to see what our streamers have learned! #GoRattlers

Due to Teacher Professional Development, SPCSD will release early next Wednesday, November 19th at 2:00PM. Be sure to mark your calendars for the next early release dates for Teacher Professional Development meetings; , February 8th, March 8th, and April 12th.

Our annual Lady Rattler Red & White night will be Monday November 7th. Cases of water will be the admission this year. We hope to see you there. #GoRattlers
