BASKETBALL POSTPONED: Today's Jan 15th basketball games have been rescheduled to Thursday, Jan 18th. JG SG SB will take on Caddo Hills at home starting at 5:30 pm Thursday. #GoRattlers

Tournament Schedule Time Change: The junior Lady Rattlers will play tomorrow Jan 13th in the Umpire Jr Tournament at 2:00 pm, not 7:00 pm. Umpire will be fitting in Monday's games on Saturday for weather precautions. Please note this time change. #GoRattlers

Water Observations in 5th grade science: Students used the globe to produce educated observations about how much water is on the earth and where water is on the earth. Also they predicted if they would catch the globe on water or on land.
We have higher level thinkers in our kindergarten at MES! These students are making comparisions based upon the area of a circle.

What would it look like to make snow angels? Students had to visualize what it would look like to make snow angels while reading The Snowy Day.

South Pike County School District has posted its Facility Master Plan to the District’s website for public viewing. Public comments regarding this document will be heard at the board meeting on January 15, 2024, at 5:00PM in the Administration Building. #GoRattlers

Mrs. O’Neal is our 2nd semester Champion of our staff Rock,Paper, Scissors tournament. The tournament was held at the Teacher Professional Development day at the elementary.
