Water Observations in 5th grade science: Students used the globe to produce educated observations about how much water is on the earth and where water is on the earth. Also they predicted if they would catch the globe on water or on land.
We have higher level thinkers in our kindergarten at MES! These students are making comparisions based upon the area of a circle.

Mrs. O’Neal is our 2nd semester Champion of our staff Rock,Paper, Scissors tournament. The tournament was held at the Teacher Professional Development day at the elementary.
The Umpire Jr Tournament brackets are out with the tournament beginning Jan 13th and running through Jan 20th. Mark your calendars for the jr girls and jr boys games and make the trip to Umpire to watch them play. #GoRattlers
