South Pike County School District

As of now South Pike County has 2% of our students that are COVID positive and 12% of our students that are quarantined due to being a close contact. We plan to continue on-site instruction as long as possible. We are encouraging all students to wear a mask at school and we are following all guidelines in our classrooms to help decrease the spread of the virus on campus. We just encourage everyone if you are sick please stay home. The updated guidelines and any other new information can be found on our website under the Covid-19 tab at Rattlers.org.

Basketball Postponed: Due to Covid issues, Poyen has postponed our conference games this Friday to next Thursday, Jan 20th. The JB, SG, SB will travel to Poyen for a 5:00 pm start #GoRattlers

Basketball Cancellation: Due to Covid issues, Mineral Springs has cancelled tonight's basketball games, Jan 10th. We will continue basketball action tomorrow night @ Horatio with JG, SG, SB games beginning at 5:30 pm.

Basketball Schedule Change: Due to Covid issues, we are postponing our Junior boys & Senior boys game to a later date for the Jan 7th games vs Magnet Cove. The 7th girls & Seniors girls will still play Jan 7th with a 5:00 pm start. Games will be at Murfreesboro. #GoRattlers

Basketball Information: We have cancelled our Mt Ida games due to COVID issues on Friday December 17th. We have replaced the games with Legacy Academy (Lockesburg). We will have a JG, SG, SB game at Legacy Academy starting at 5:30 pm Friday. #GoRattlers

Basketball Addition- We have added a junior boys game for tomorrow vs Blevins. The game order will be Jr Boys @ 5:00 pm and senior girls, senior boys to follow. We will also have a table set up in the lobby for FFA. They are taking the following donations for help in Monette due to the tornadoes last Friday. Please spread the word on the game addition & chance to donate.
