The Baseball game scheduled for Acorn has changed locations and will now be played at Home. First pitch is set for 5:00. #GoRattlers

The Rattler Jr High girls/boys track teams will be competing in the Jr High district track meet this Wednesday, April 19, starting at 10:30am at Acorn. Buses will depart for Acorn at 8:00am. Due to lack of bleacher seating, it would be wise to bring your own chairs to the meet. Acorn will be charging $3 for admission. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to the kids by the school. The Rattler fan club will be giving snack bags to all kids. Concession will be available at Acorn for kids that want to buy snacks/drinks on their own. SPCSD would like to introduce you to Mr. James Riley, the new MES Principal! Mr. James has been with the district for 8 years, serving as the elementary counselor. In those 8 years, Mr. James has not only taken care of our MES students, but also the MES teachers and staff. He has made positive changes to the elementary building, and instituted many programs that benefit the character and well-being of our MES students. Mr. James always goes above and beyond for MES, and he will continue to do so as the elementary principal! Congratulations, Mr. James and MES! #GoRattlers

The baseball game scheduled for Caddo Hills has changed locations and will now be played at Centerpoint. The game will begin after Centerpoint vs. Glen Rose concludes. Estimated first pitch will be 6:45. We would like to give a huge thanks to the Centerpoint School District for allowing this location change. #GoRattlers

The Third Graders at MES recently finished some very creative home projects.projects. They were tasked with creating their very own models of some of our country’s most memorial sites in and around our nation’s capital. Here are some of their projects that are in our hallways. Very impressive students!











Here are the Students of The Month for March at MES. During March teachers were tasked with finding students who are Learners with Perseverance. These students show persistence in all forms at school and are determined in all situations. Congratulations students!
