Mrs. Perrin and Mrs. Cooper took American History and Civics classes to Historic Washington State Park. Students explored the history of the town. They learned about the town's relevance in the Civil War, the uses of courthouses throughout history, architecture, how to make candles, the impact of printing presses, about antique weapons, and blacksmithing.
Mrs. Cooper brought history to life by helping world history students understand how social inequalities, as demonstrated in the clothing they wore, led to the French Revolution.

Our Jr. High Cheer Squad represented our school with excellence today, earning 1st place at the Southern Spirit Federation Competition at the Bank OZK Arena in Hot Springs.
